We first painted this lovely house in 2007. Following Sikkens reccomendations we repainted in 2012. Now 8 years later we have returned to repaint this house again. We will give it a thorough wash down with warm water and sugar soap. Replace some defective timber to the fanlights. Remove cracked and defective putty replacing this with Repair Care Dry seal Putty. We will prime new or bare timber with Sikkens Rubbol primer. Finally two coats of Sikkens Rubbol XD will be applied. Sikkens say that the Rubbol XD will last 10 years. We are confident that this paint will last at least another 8 years and very possibly a few years longer.
