Gates repaired with new hardwood, one casement renewed, old failed paint removed using propane torch and scrapers. Repairs made using Repair Care resins, and dryseal glazing compound. Repainted with two coats of Sikkens Rubbol primer and two coats Sikkens Rubbol XD white gloss.
Last painted by us in Sikkens paint in 2010 this house looking out onto Alexandra Palace in north London required some timber renewal and repair before repainting. We renewed the fascia boards to the south facing gable and renewed sections of window cill on the front elevation.
