Last painted with Sikkens paints by us in 2006 this property does now require some work. Main areas of failure are the glazing putties and the thinly rendered window reveals. We will renew defective putties with RepairCare Dryseal putty a permanently elastic alternative to linseed oil putty. The cracks and spalling to the reveals we will repair with Toupret Murex filler an exceptionally hard filler based on portland cement, quartz mineral and resins. We will use Sikkens Rubbol primer/undercoat and finish with Sikkens SB Gloss and Satura paints.
