First painted by us using Sikkens Paints in 2007 and then a wash down and spot repair and repaint of damaged areas in 2012. We have addressed all areas of water penetration and joint decay repairing using Repaircare resins and Dry seal putty. We have used Sikkens Rubboll primer to all prepared and bare timber, followed by one full coat of Rubbol primer undercoat to all painted surfaces. We have finished with two coats of Sikkens Rubbol X-D which has an expected life of up to ten years. The front door has been finished with two coats of Sikkens Cetol HLS 006.
